INSPIRATIONAL MUSIC VIDEOS

 When looking for inspiration for our music video, we didn't want to copy the look of a famous music video, we wanted our own style. However, after choosing the song we were going to form our music video around, we needed inspiration for the narrative, almost like a guideline to follow without completely coping the full idea behind the video. In 'Everybody Hurts' the narrative links in with the lyrics, portraying the meaning through video and lyrics. The narrative we followed has the meaning on 'You're not alone', basically that there are plenty of people out in the world that may have the same problem as you do, meaning that there is always someone out there to share your problems with because you're guaranteed that someone else will be 'in the same boat' as you, therefore this narrtative is more of a reassurance to the audience.
